As good stewards of the manifold grace of God, each of you should use whatever gift he has received to serve one another. 1 Peter 4:10
The Bible Hour also bridges the generation gap in that the ages of the participants of the class range from 16 to over 90. The class is designed to the extent that it does not have a “traditional teacher” for say, but rather a facilitator that conducts the study time in a manner that engages all that is present, which in turn helps the class to get a clearer understanding of scriptures and its life application in our lives today. At the end of a study topics/series there have been Q&A reviews in class of the subject matter that is fun, competitive, encouraging, and exciting. We believe the Discipleship Bible Hour has brought the participants closer to each other, but more importantly closer to God. Classroom time begins at 10:15 and everyone is invited to the Bible Hour, and everyone is one is always welcome. Meetings are held in the sanctuary. Bible Seminar is held on first Sundays after regular service by Pastor Hurtt. It usually starts in the Youth Chapel at 1:15 pm. See the calendar on the web site for specific dates.

The purpose of the Music Ministry is to lead and exhort, uplift, and encourage the body of Christ through song and worship. Our Music Ministry encompasses the Praise Team, the adult choir (Voices), youth choir, and the male ensemble. Whether you sing because you are happy or happy because you sing, let yourself find peace in singing and praising our God. You are welcome to join us! The Praise Dance Ministry (Silent Praise) is one which is on the move to conquer more souls for the Kingdom of God. We minister to maintain, not to perform or entertain! The Holy Ghost is our guide, who constantly, in us, abides. We extend welcoming arms and a heart of compassion and praise to all who are compelled to dance down the aisle with Silent Praise.
The position of the usher is one of the most important positions in the church, because we are in charge of maintaining a spirit of reverence in God’s house and for ensuring that there will be an undisturbed flow of ministry to the believer. The ushers’ duties are to: Maintain order in the house of the Lord at all times.
The New Revelation Mission meets weekly on Wednesdays from 10 am - 11:00 am. Pastor Emeritus Turner is the teacher. We visit convalescent homes to visit and meet with members. After meetings, the Mission often enjoys a lunch together and other activities, such as in celebrating birthdays. Please join the Mission on Wednesdays in the Youth Chapel. It makes no difference what your age or gender is, we aim to be one and unify! It's life in general, not only biblical.

The Bible encourages youth to serve God with passion, strength, and dedication. In 1 Timothy 4:12, it reminds young people not to let others look down on them because of their age, but to set an example in speech, conduct, love, faith, and purity. True leadership is demonstrated through character and actions, not age or position. Our young adults respond positively when the Church invites their participation and engages them in the planning of activities for the spiritual life of the community.

The Hospitality Committee's main role is to welcome people to the church and make them feel welcome and part of the community. This committee is friendly and generous with the reception and entertainment of guests and visitors. The biblical underpinnings of hospitality are love, generosity and a genuine heart to serve. Guests often make decisions to return based on how we treat them
Hospitality committee members welcome people from the parking lot to when they leave, and help people feel welcome at social events.
In-charge of birthday announcements and celebrations.
The Hospitality Committee volunteers and supports the church in fulfilling fellowship needs, and help grieving families after a loved one passes away.
The new member class is made up of a small group of people, where connection is the important outcome of the class. We take the time to help new members feel comfortable as we start with an introduction. This is to increase the participants’ comfort level and help them to participate and get to know each other.
